How does SPLIT get its power supply?
The Split is equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, which is placed on one side of the Split speaker. When the Split is working in combined mode, the built-in battery can power the entire turntable. When it is working in separated mode, the speaker side can be powered by the built-in battery, while the CD player side needs to be connected to a Type-C cable for power supply.
When should the SPLIT be charged and how to charge it?
When the battery of the SPLIT is low, the display screen will flash "LO". At this time, you need to connect the charging cable. Please note that the charging specification should be 5V 2A. If you use a charger plug with a higher voltage or current than this standard, it may damage the turntable. There are two Type-C interfaces on the turntable. When it is in combined mode, you can use either interface to charge the battery. When it is in separated mode, please connect the charging cable to the side of the speaker. In either case, observe the indicator light on the speaker side for the charging status. The red light is on when charging, and it goes off when fully charged.
Why does the volume become very low when a wired or Bluetooth headset is connected, and adjusting the knob on the speaker doesn't work?
SPLIT has a hearing protection limit. When wired or wireless Bluetooth headphones are connected, SPLIT will automatically limit the volume to a relatively low level. At this time, you can adjust the volume to an appropriate level by using the volume + and - buttons on the CD P side. Note: The speaker knobs only control the volume of the Split's own speakers and have no effect on other external devices at this time.
Why doesn't the song start from the beginning when switching tracks after a new CD is inserted?
When the CD player is turned on and you want to change to another CD, please note that after inserting a new disc, you need to press and hold the "play" button for 3 - 5 seconds to let the CD player re-read the track information of the disc. Only in this way can the track switching be carried out according to the correct track sequence.
