Order Processing TINYL processes all orders in USD. You will checkout using USD at the current exchange rate. Most orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on holidays or Sundays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Guidelines We strive to deliver the best products at affordable prices.

Standard Shipping: We offer free global shipping on standard orders over $159.

Oversized/Heavy Items: Please note that oversized or heavy items (such as Turntables) do not qualify for free shipping due to carrier restrictions. A specialized shipping and handling fee will be calculated at checkout for these specific items.

Split Shipments: If your order contains a variety of products (e.g., a turntable and vinyl records), your items may be split into multiple shipments to ensure safety. Rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

International Standard: Expect purchases to arrive within 10-25 business days after dispatch.

Remote Regions: Shipping to certain regions (including but not limited to parts of South America, Eastern Europe, and Africa) may take longer, up to 8-10 weeks, depending on local customs and postal services.

Customs & Import Taxes TINYL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Lost or Stolen Packages TINYL is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or carrier immediately to file a claim. While we are not liable for lost packages once they are with the carrier, please contact us if you need assistance with documentation.

Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address or failure to claim the package within the given period, a US$9.99 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover our shipping and handling costs.
